PHYSIOLOGICAL BASICS OF SPORTS FITNESS AND SKILL
When studying possibilities of improvement of sports skill it is necessary to consider sports activity as from the point of view of adaptive reactions of an organism in reply to regular and heavy physical activity, and from the point of view of complete behavioural reactions. Use of principles of system “quantization” of behavior allows to carry out thin analytical research of purposeful activity of the athlete in actual practice participations in competitions, gives the chance to define «the physiological cost» achievements of midstage and end sports results. A research problem was to reveal dynamics of indicators of vegetative functions at different steps of expansion of complete behavioural reaction at sports activity. Whether at this stage of researches we tried to find out there are vegetative correlates of high level of a fitness conditioning of the athlete and what dynamics of functional indicators of an organism in process of acquisition of skill by it. The analysis of the received material showed that there is no authentic compliance between a high functional condition of an organism of the football player and high level of his game skill. Therefore, so far as concerns high level of skill in the conditions of tension of its activity on achievement of useful adaptive eff ect it is possible to consider as the most significant characteristics of a condition of functional system effectiveness indicators as a whole and its separate eff ector when bigger value is a question of high level of a functional condition and a fi tness gains steadiness of system and its eff ector and also possibility of a gain of “productivity” of their functional reserves.
